Payment and delivery

Terms of payment :

Your order will be validated upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount displayed by bank transfer:

When your leather goods are ready, I will send you an e-mail and you will be able to pay the remaining 50%. On receipt of payment, your leather goods will be dispatched to the address indicated.
Delivery costs are included in the price of the leather goods.
For countries outside the European Union, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
50% deposit does not apply to items under 250 euros and items in stock, payment is made when your leather goods are ready to be sent.

 

Delivery times :

* Handmade leather goods take several days or even weeks to make, so I will do my best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and delivery times are given as an indication only.

 

Returns :

As each leather goods item is personalized, a return is only possible within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.
It must not have been worn or damaged. It will be returned, with its invoice, by the carrier of your choice at your expense and in its original packaging.
No claims can be made for any defects or natural marks on vegetable-tanned leathers. These are part of the product, giving it all its charm and guaranteeing a 100% natural product and the uniqueness of each hide.
If you do not live in France, customs fees may apply and will be charged to you.
You will be notified by e-mail of the date of receipt of the return.
